Kathmandu. The case filed against Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) Director General Pradip Adhikari has not been investigated.

The hearing in the corruption case against Pradeep Adhikari was held at the Special Court today. The case is not to be seen. The bench of justices Narayan Prasad Poudel, Hemanta Rawal and Bidur Koirala was hearing the case today.

The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Wednesday filed a corruption case against 6 persons including Adhikari for their alleged involvement in the construction of Nalinchowk heliport in Bhaktapur.

The anti-graft body has named Pradip Adhikari, its director Murari Bhandari, deputy manager Sambriddhi Shrestha, manager Nawal Bikram Thapa, chief of Engineer Consulting Pvt Ltd Bijaya Thapa and private engineer Guru Dutta Adhikari.

They have been fined Rs 13,57,46,213 each and have been fined.
