The Department has slapped a fine of Rs 15,TAG_OPEN_div_10 000 to Om Sai of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-17, Nayabazar. Action has been taken against the accused as per Section 15 and Section 38 D of the Consumer Protection Act, 2075.
