According to the District Police Office, the ambulance (Ja 1 Cha 1558) registered in the name of Nepal Red Cross Society, Ramnagar, Bahuarwa was impounded by a team from the Area Police Office based in Hariwan acting on a tip-off. The jeep driver Surendra Raya Yadav, 37, of Yamunamai Rural Municipality-4 in Rautahat district was also arrested.

Meanwhile, Ganga Bahadur Waiba, 25, of Narayankhola of Lalbandi municipality-11, Hirapur was arrested with 52 kilograms marijuana.
