Kathmandu. The High Court has ordered the release of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane on bail. A division bench of Justices Babudev Acharya and Tej Narayan Poudel issued the order to release him on bail on Thursday.
Lamichhane was in jail on the charge of cooperative fraud and organized crime.
