Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Chan Min Ching, chairman of Waldo Dynasty Entertainment Pvt Ltd, has been arrested by the Kathmandu Police.
The chairman of the casino, Ching, a Chinese national, was arrested by police on Friday. According to the District Police Range, Kathmandu, he was arrested on the charge of cheating by preparing dummy players in the casino, installing lenses in his eyes and chips in cards.
Police have arrested six persons including Suresh Mahajan on December 12 on the charge of fraud.
