Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has decided to allow the extension of the limit, date and time limit of the ongoing case. With the court’s decision, the deadline, date and deadline of the ongoing case can be extended till mid-January.

The 19-member full bench includes Chief Justice Prakash Man Singh Raut, Senior Judge Sapana Pradhan Malla, Justices Kumar Regmi, Hari Prasad Phuyal, Manoj Kumar Sharma, Nahakul Subedi, Til Prasad Shrestha, Binod Sharma, Sharanga Subedi, Abdul Aziz Musalman, Mahesh Sharma Poudel, Tek Prasad Dhungana, Sunil Kumar Pokharel, Bal Krishna Dhakal, Nripadij Niraula, Nityananda Pandey, Meghraj Pokharel, Shreekanta Poudel and Shanti Singh Thapa ।

A bench of all justices, including the Chief Justice, was formed today and the deadline given by a month (mid-November) has been extended by 60 days, i.e., mid-January, on the report submitted by Supreme Court staffer Balaji Prasad Pandey and others.

According to Arjun Prasad Koirala, spokesperson of the Supreme Court, the court has decided to extend the deadline of the case till mid-December. Earlier, a provision was made to extend the deadline for one month from November 1 to November 13. The written order will come Monday.

The deadline for collecting the documents of the cases destroyed by the arson at the court on September 10 will be extended by 60 days. Most of the documents of the Supreme Court were destroyed in the arson and vandalism. The court had appealed to the parties and stakeholders to help in preparing the documents related to the case.
