Kathmandu. Chairman of Sita Air resigns The next general meeting of the airline will accept the resignation of the chairman.

The Air Force has called its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 12.

The meeting will be held at the company’s registered office, Sinamangal. The meeting has proposed to present the annual report of the fiscal year 2081÷082 presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors, balance sheet and profit loss account along with the audit report of the last fiscal, appoint auditor for the current fiscal year and determine his/her remuneration.

Likewise, the proposal is to accept the resignation of the chairman, form a board of directors with independent directors, get the revised directors record at the office of directors, pay the amount, verify and record the share list and forfeit the shares.

Similarly, the meeting has proposed to amend Rule 27 (2) of the Regulations and delegate authority to the Board of Directors to make necessary amendments and modifications if directed by the regulatory bodies.
