Kathmandu. Global IME Bank has honored 175 employees of the bank completing 15 years of service in the bank on the occasion of its 19th anniversary.

Chairman of Global IME Bank and Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal was the chief guest of the ceremony.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank, Dhakal, members Radhesh Panta, Ram Bahadur Bhandari, Krishna Prasad Sharma, Madan Lal Joshi and Narayan Prasad Poudel, CEO Surendra Raj Regmi and Deputy CEO Suman Pokharel jointly felicitated the staffers of the bank.

Addressing the felicitation ceremony, Chairman Dhakal said that Global IME Bank would make its services more effective and technology-friendly with the merger and expansion of the bank.

Global IME Bank, established as the 19th commercial bank 19 years ago, has been able to make itself top in most of the financial indicators within 19 years of its establishment.

He said that the cooperation, hard work and dedication of the entire team along with the leadership is equally important for the success of the bank or any organization, urging all the employees to perform their duties with more dedication.

Chairman Dhakal also extended his gratitude to all the staff members of Global IME Bank for their special contribution to make it a premier commercial bank.

Likewise, Surendra Raj Regmi, chief executive officer of the bank, said that the bank has been moving ahead with a mission to provide timely service in the digital age by making its services innovative and customer-friendly.

Similarly, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, Suman Pokharel, expressed his commitment to provide quality banking services in the years to come with the focus on customer service and satisfaction.
