Kathmandu. Minister for Home Affairs Om Prakash Aryal has said that the ministers in the incumbent government are not allowed to lean towards any political party.

Speaking at the Bagmati province-level security seminar jointly organized by the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Bagmati Province Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law, Minister Aryal said that the incumbent government’s mandate was to hold the election on the stipulated date.

He urged all sides concerned not to cast doubt on holding the election on the slated date as the government is already holding the election.

Stating that the Genji movement was for maintaining good governance, Minister Aryal said the government was committed to maintaining good governance. Saying the country might face crisis if the election is not held on the slated date, Minister Aryal urged all sides concerned to boost the morale of the government by encouraging the government to hold the election on the stipulated date.
