Kathmandu. The closed session of the special general convention of the Nepali Congress is scheduled to begin at 8:00 am on Monday. Leader Manoj Mani Acharya, who is also in favor of the special general convention, said the closed session would be started on the stipulated time.
The inaugural session of the general convention is currently underway at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu.
