Kathmandu. Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has decided not to attend the party’s special general convention. The special general convention has already been inaugurated and the shutdown will take place today.

Although the majority of the general convention delegates were in favor of the special representatives, the delegates expected Deuba to go on closed terms.
