Kathmandu. Sindhuli, Aug 14: A person was arrested with US dollars from a check post at upper bazaar of Golanjor rural municipality-7 in Sindhuli district.
According to the Area Police Office, Khurkot, the police recovered $57,000 from Yubaraj Newar, 34, of Mechinagar Municipality-3 in Jhapa from a Tata Sumo (Ba 16 Cha 8048) en route to Ilam from Kathmandu. He has been taken into custody and further investigation is underway.
