Benny. KATHMANDU: President of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), Chandra Prasad Dhakal, has stressed the need to transform local capital into entrepreneurial sector.

Inaugurating the 11th Maghe Sankranti Fair, food festival and agriculture fair organized by Women Entrepreneurship Development Committee under Myagdi Chamber of Commerce and Industry here today, Dhakal said, “We can complete big projects with the utilization of domestic capital. ’’

Stating that there was possibility of investment in tourism, hydropower, mines and micro industries, he said he was also ready to invest if the entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs collectively launched an entrepreneurship plan.

Dhakal said that the fair and festival play a role in promoting and taking local products to the consumers. Ambika Shrestha, chairperson of Women Entrepreneurship Development Committee, said that various competitions will be held during the food festival.
