. A writ petition has been filed at the Supreme Court challenging the decision of the Attorney General to amend the charge sheet filed against Rabi Lamichhane.

Yubaraj Poudel has filed a writ petition demanding annulment of the decision, arguing that the decision was against the constitution and prevailing laws.TAG_OPEN_p_3 The writ petition registered at the Supreme Court’s Case Division is currently in the process of studying the employees.

Poudel has also demanded to issue an interim order not to proceed with the proceedings until the final settlement as there is a possibility of withdrawal of the case.TAG_OPEN_p_2
