Kathmandu. CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that the life of anarchy would not last long and those involved in criminal activities would be punished. During an inspection of the house of former Unified CPN (Maoist) leader Gagan Puri at Damak-8 in Jhapa district on Thursday, he assured that the perpetrators of such vandalism would be brought to book.

Reassuring Puri, who has been living in the house that was set on fire during the agitation in the name of Jenji, he said, “Where will the anarchy always stand and one day it will be brought under the purview of action? ’

Puri said that he has collected all the evidences and has also initiated the process of legal remedy. Puri said that all the properties were looted, household items were burnt and houses were also vandalized in the course of arson and vandalism.
