America. The Nepali Embassy in the United States of America has appealed to the Nepalis living in different ways to comply with the laws and regulations of the United States.
The embassy has also appealed to all foreign nationals who are in the United States for the purpose of study, travel, employment, business, and family or contact with their relatives while in the United States to receive concessions provided by the U.S. government to their citizens by unlawful means or by furnishing false information or information.
“We have received information from the relevant US authorities that any of the facilities or assistance provided by the US government to its citizens, such as subsidized health care, housing facilities, family support, educational assistance, etc., will directly affect the individual’s visa or green card status, and will be revoked,” the embassy said in a press release. ”
“The United States has issued a public notice regarding the suspension of immigrant visas for Nepalis in the United States for the time being, as only 2024 of the Nepalis who came to the US were found to be on the top list of those receiving subsidized services from the US government,” the embassy said in a statement.
“Nepali citizens who are in the USA for various purposes should not depend upon any facilities÷ such as subsidized medical care, accommodation, family support, educational assistance, etc., while in the United States illegally or by furnishing false information or information,” the embassy said in a statement. The embassy has also urged all not to misuse the ‘B1’ and ‘B2’ visas obtained for business and tourism purposes. In recent days, the US government has been adding tougher provisions to visas for various purposes.
