Kathmandu. The stock market has fallen by double digits. The index, which measures the market, decreased by 12.58 percent to sit at 2,683.15 points. The market, which was down from the beginning of trading, remained unchanged till the end.

A total of 1,87,03,183 units of shares of 322 companies were traded worth Rs 8.63 billion. The sub-indices of hotel, production and processing group increased while the sub-indices of other groups decreased.

Share prices of 66 companies increased while share prices of 190 companies declined. The share price of Kalinchowk Darshan Company has hit the positive circuit on Tuesday.
