Kathmandu. Former Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has been bereaved of his father. His 97-year-old father Bhoj Prasad Bhattarai passed away this morning.
According to family sources, he died while undergoing treatment at Bansbari-based Neuro Hospital.
Bhattarai’s last rites will be performed at the electric crematorium at Pashupati Aryaghat today, according to the family sources. Bhattarai’s health had deteriorated for the past few days. He was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday.
