NRA directs employees to take care of organization’s dignity while using social media

. KATHMANDU: Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has warned its employees to be mindful of the dignity and dignity of the organization while using social media.

The employees working in the Authority have reminded that it is the responsibility of all the employees to comply with the provisions related to the service of the employees, conditions and conduct in the Regulation of the Authority.TAG_OPEN_div_18

} The NRA has expressed its concern over the growing tendency of posting, reactions and office letters on social networks in recent period that would have a negative impact on the social network and the reputation of the society and the office, which are not proven facts.

NRA Joint Director Narayan Prasad Acharya said that the positive role of all sides is necessary to discourage such tendency among the employees working at the Authority and to make the use of social sites dignified, systematic and constructive.TAG_OPEN_div_14

The Authority has been notified not to post office letters and other unnecessary posts on social networks that violate the conduct as per the provisions in the Employees Service and Conditions Regulations, 2075.

The notice clarifies that departmental action will be taken as per the provisions of the bylaws by collecting the details of such employees if they post unnecessary posts or give feedback.TAG_OPEN_div_10
