Kathmandu. Global IME Bank has announced merger of 8 branches in Kathmandu and Lalitpur.
The bank will merge its 4 branches in Kathmandu and 4 in Lalitpur. According to the bank, the branch located at Gyaneshwor of Kathmandu will be merged to merge Sano Gaucharan, New Baneshwor and Shankhamul branch to become Sankhamul.
Similarly, Indrachowk and Asan branches will be merged to form Asan branch, Bafal, Kalanki and Kalanki branches will be merged to form Kalanki branch.
According to the bank, Khumaltar and Satdobato branches will be merged to form Satdobato, Sundhara, Lalitpur and Gwarko branches will be merged to form Gwarko branch, Dhobighat and Ekantakuna branches will be merged to form Lalgankhel branch.
The distance of these branches ranged from 200 meters to 3 kilometers. According to the bank, these branches will be operating from May 28 through merger and merger with each other.
