Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank has left the shareholders empty-handed.
The bank has decided not to pay dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
A meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on Thursday has decided not to provide dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year.
The bank, which has announced that it will not pay dividend to its shareholders, is preparing to issue 50 percent right shares.
