Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank has launched a new scheme called ‘NIC Asia Saathi Home Loan’ with an aim to provide home loan up to Rs 100 million to its customers. The scheme offers fixed interest rate of 6.99 per cent with a tenure period of 7 years along with other attractive services.
The loan is provided from a minimum of Rs 2.5 million to a maximum of Rs 100 million.
Under this loan scheme, the loan ratio has been fixed at 80 percent for first-time home buyers and up to 70 percent for others. In addition, under this scheme, the home loan holders will get free credit card service for a lifetime.
