Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Menuka Bhandari aka Krutu, the candidate of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) from Kathmandu-1, has made public a 23-point commitment letter.

She has made public her commitment letter for her constituency as the election is approaching. In the commitment letter made public for his constituency, he has pledged to amend the constitution as per the need, guarantee fundamental rights to education, health and employment, amend the form of governance for political stability, protect Newa and other communities, language, religion, culture, art and heritage, and establish good governance by adopting zero tolerance against corruption.

Similarly, the government has decided to reconstruct the damage caused during the Genji movement in its constituency (Singha Durbar, Parliament House, Supreme Court, Department of Roads, District Court, etc.) as soon as possible, and ensure social justice by maintaining equality among all classes, castes, genders and communities.

Similarly, the commitment letter reads, “Establish well-equipped senior citizen meeting centers, promote public transport to solve the traffic problem in the Kathmandu Valley and make efforts to implement the feasibility study of the boardway, metro, underpass and flyovers in coordination with all the electoral constituencies and local levels of the Kathmandu Valley.”

Similarly, the commitment letter states that priority will be given to the development of accessible and well-equipped parking infrastructure on the basis of technical examination, to construct healthy settlements by managing garbage, to promote greenery and environment-friendly development.

The manifesto also states that the allowance of single women would be increased as per the time to ensure free treatment for women-specific diseases and would further strengthen Nepal’s non-aligned foreign policy and make a strategy keeping national interest, sovereignty and territorial integrity in top priority.
