Kathmandu. A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Tuesday took 25 different decisions.

The decision was made public by Home Minister and government spokesperson Om Prakash Aryal today.

The government has decided to give public holiday on March 3, 21 and 22. Likewise, the government has decided to bear the medical expenses of the security personnel and election police injured during the elections and provide financial assistance to the families of those injured.

The meeting also decided to allow the use of national forest land and remove trees for the construction of Kerabari-New Marsyangdi, Upper Junbesikhola and Setikhola Hydropower Projects.

Similarly, the government has decided to promote 2 Colonels of the Nepal Army to Colonel and transfer 2 Colonels.
