Kathmandu. At a programme organized by Rastriya Swatantra Party (Rastriya Swatantra Party) in Chitwan today, 2 different scenes were seen.
The scene is related to RSP’s candidates Hari Dhakal and Balen Sah from Chitwan constituency-1. Some of the scenes seemed simple but meaningful and some scenes seemed funny, full of love. The first scene is of Hari Dhakal, a candidate from Chitwan constituency number 1, cutting off the microphone while speaking.
Yes,
Dhakal was speaking at a program organized by RSP in Chitwan today. Still, he was trying to speak. Later, Akkan was stunned.
“We’ve come to do a lot. Because in 35 years, a lot has deteriorated. I want to call out what needs to be done across the country. This change is to increase the number …….’ As he said this, his microphone was cut off.

After cutting off the microphone, Dhakal looked towards the stage where President Rabi Lamichhane, Vice-President Swarnim Wagle, senior leader Balen Sah, leader Sobita Gautam and others were present. After looking at the stage for about 5 seconds, the program presenter thanked Hari Dhakal. He returned to the stage with a smile.
Another scene is related to Balen Shah. Shah does not speak loudly when he arrives at RSP programs. Maybe he knew by rapping that if he spoke loudly, he would have a throat problem. Not only that, he doesn’t even make long speeches. Today, when he was giving a speech in Chitwan, there was a brief interruption in between.
He was speaking about the problems of the farmers. They were saying that the farmers’ produce did not get market, more vegetables were being imported from PARI, the farmers had to pour milk and they did not get the price in the market.

‘… It is necessary to feed the countrymen their own vegetables. It is important to give the right price to the farmers. In the rain, ours…” When Balen said this, the crowd chanted slogans in his favor. During this time, Balen joked ‘I love you’, after which the atmosphere became even more intense. Annie Balen shook her head with her right hand and said, “They won’t let me speak, man. This continued for about 12 seconds, after which he coughed heavily.
The attendees raised even more slogans. President Rabi Lamichhane and Hari Dhakal, who were present on the stage, were smiling. Balen, meanwhile, smiled arrogantly.

After about 1 minute of commotion, Balen proposed to play, “Let’s play the song, let’s dance.” After this, the attendees started chanting slogans with even more fun. Balen continued his speech after the slogans subsided in his favor. After this, he spoke about the electricity that is wasted in Nepal during the rainy season and its utilization.
