Kathmandu. Senior artist Madan Das Shrestha has urged voters to vote for CPN-UML candidate Parbat Gurung in Dolakha.

Releasing a video message today, he urged the voters of Dolakha to vote for Gurung in the upcoming elections as he is walking with the overall development of Dolakha in his mind.

Shrestha also recalled that Gurung had worked for the development of Dolakha and the entire nation by rising above partisan interests during his tenure as the Minister at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Ministry of Women, Children and Senior Citizens.

He said that the Dolakhali voters should elect Gurung in the election as he is a person who keeps the work of overall development in mind rather than the character and attachment of the individual.

Shrestha said, “Parbat Gurung’s development towards Dolakha and his thinking towards it is not partisan, not politically based. After becoming a minister, I have the main ambition that I should develop everywhere. That’s his greatness. I request all the voters of Dolakha to choose the person who rises above partisanship and moves with the character of the person, the attachment of the person and the overall development of Dolakha district in mind. That person is Parbat Gurung. ’

Shrestha said that he had collaborated with former minister Gurung and he had a plan for the overall development of Dolakha in his mind and he needed to win the election to implement it.
