Kathmandu. The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has said it has not adopted the policy of forging an alliance with or supporting anyone in the upcoming election to the House of Representatives from Rupandehi-2.
Issuing a press release here today, party central spokesperson Mohan Kumar Shrestha said the news disseminated in Rupandehi-2 that RPP would support Nepali Congress is not true.
“RPP has not adopted the policy of forging alliance with anyone in Rupandehi-2. RPP requests the party rank and file and voters to garner votes under the proportional representation system in the constituency where the RPP’s candidacy is technically vacant,” the statement reads.
