Kathmandu. Manish Jha of Rastriya Swatantra Party is leading in the House of Representatives constituency-3.
According to the Office of the Chief Election Officer, Jha has secured 19,998 votes out of 32,000 votes counted so far.
NC’s Bimalendra Nidhi got 9,064 votes and UML’s Juli Kumari Mahato got 2,399 votes.
