Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Mahendra Bahadur Shahi of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has won the by-election from Kalikot.
He garnered 11,338 votes. He defeated his nearest rival Nagindra Shahi of CPN-UML. Shahi garnered 10,352 votes. Likewise, Harsha Bahadur Shahi of Nepali Congress got 7,133 votes.
