Nepali Congress candidate Niskal Rai wins in Ilam-1

Kathmandu. Nepali Congress candidate Nishkal Rai has been elected from Ilam-1.

He garnered 14,543 votes to win the election.

His nearest rival Binod Nembang Limbu of Labour and Culture Party got 13,632 votes while Kajiman Kagate of CPN-UML got 11,966 votes.

Likewise, Bimal Gadal of Rastriya Swatantra Party got 9,160 votes and Rana Bahadur Rai of NCP got 7,665 votes.
