Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currency for today. As per the exchange rate, the selling rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 147.64 and Rs 148.24.

Similarly, the selling rate of Euro 1 has been fixed at 169.28 rupees and 169.97 paise, while the selling rate of UK pound sterling one has been fixed at Rs 195.75 and the selling rate of Swiss Franc 1 has been fixed at Rs 187.48 and Rs 188.24.

The buying rate of one Australian dollar has been fixed at 103.98 paise and selling rate of 104.40 rupees, while the selling rate of one Canadian dollar has been fixed at 107.99 rupees and 108.43 paise.

Similarly, the buying rate of Japanese Yen 10 was Rs 9.26 and selling rate was Rs 9.30, the selling rate of Chinese Yuan 1 was Rs 21.41 and the selling rate was Rs 21.50, the selling rate of Saudi Arabian Riyal 1 was Rs 39.35 and the selling rate was Rs 40.50.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of Thai Bat 1 is Rs 4.57 and selling rate is Rs 4.59, the selling rate of UAE Dirham 1 is Rs 40.19 and the selling rate is Rs 40.36, the Malaysian Ringat 1 is Rs 37.49 and the selling rate is Rs 37.64. The selling rate of Swedish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 15.72 and the selling rate of Danish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 22.65 and Rs 22.75.

The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has set the selling rate of Hong Kong Dollar 1 at Rs 18.86 and the selling rate of Hong Kong Dinar 1 is Rs 18.94, the buying rate of Kuwaiti Dinar 1 is Rs 481.70 and the selling rate is Rs 483.65. Similarly, the selling rate of Rs 100 has been fixed at Rs 160 and Rs 160.15 respectively.

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate set by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
