Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Shine Resunga Development Bank has organized various awareness programs targeting students on the occasion of Global Money Week. On the occasion, a student observation tour was organized at the bank’s central office.

A total of 57 students of Nayagaun Secondary School of Butwal-12 had participated in the program. During the visit, the students participated in interactive sessions with the bank’s department heads and staff and gained hands-on knowledge of the financial concepts they have learnt in the classroom.

The program also featured demonstrations on digital banking, awareness about the prevention of financial frauds and safe financial practices.

The initiative aims to promote open communication about money, responsible financial behavior, digital financial literacy and awareness among youths on how to avoid misinformation and fraud.
