Kathmandu. The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has appointed Biraj Bhakta Shrestha as the Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation.
Shrestha, who was previously the Minister for Youth and Sports, is now set to become the Energy Minister.
He was elected from Kathmandu-8 in the March 4 election.
