Kathmandu. Yashoda Lekhak, wife of former home minister and Nepali Congress leader Ramesh Lekhak, has filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday.
She has filed a writ petition alleging that the writer has been kept in illegal custody.
The writer was arrested on Saturday morning. Police have arrested him on the charge of suppressing the Genji agitation on September 23 and 24.
