Kathmandu. A single bench of Supreme Court Justice Meghraj Pokhrel has been assigned to hear the writ petition filed by former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
The habeas corpus petition filed on Sunday demanding the immediate release of the accused has been scheduled for hearing on Monday.
Radhika Shakya has filed an application on behalf of Oli, who was arrested in connection with the Jenji agitation on September 23 and 24.
