Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Former Chief District Officer (CDO) of Kathmandu, Chhabi Rijal, has been released on bail.
A team from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office arrested him from Suvidhanagar, Kathmandu today.
The probe commission on Gauri Bahadur Karki, formed by the government after the Genji agitation on September 7 and 24, had recommended to file a case against Rijal.
