Kathmandu. The government has sent Chief Administrative Officers to 4 sub-metropolitan cities which are without Chief Administrative Officers.

A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on March 29 decided to transfer and depute six joint-secretaries for four sub-metropolitan cities, the Office of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Urban Development.

Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration Pradip Pariyar has been transferred to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. He has been deputed as the personal secretary to Prime Minister Balendra Shah.

Likewise, Tek Narayan Poudel has been transferred to the post of Chief Administrative Officer of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City, Dang and Chandra Prasad Bhusal to Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City, Dang. According to the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration, Dipak Gyawali has been sent as the Chief Administrative Officer of Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City and Gyan Hari Ghimire has been sent to Janakpur Sub-Metropolitan City of Dhanusha. Similarly, Joint Secretary Nawaraj Sharma has been transferred to the Ministry of Urban Development.
