Parliament session begins today, three ordinances to be tabled

. The first session of the House of Representatives after the election to the House of Representatives held on March 4 is beginning today.

The Constitution has the provision that the President shall summon a session of the Federal Parliament within 30 days of the declaration of the final results of the House of Representatives.TAG_OPEN_div_41 The Election Commission on March 19 had submitted the report along with the results of the 2082 election to the members of the House of Representatives.

The Speaker will present a proposal in the House of Representatives to carry out works and activities in accordance with the Article 104 of the Constitution of Nepal until the House of Representatives formulates its regulations, 2079, according to Federal Parliament Secretariat General Secretary Padma Prasad Pandey.TAG_OPEN_div_31

Today, there is a possible agenda to nominate members to preside over the meeting in the absence of the Speaker.
