Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the exchange rate of foreign currency for today. The exchange rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 148.67 for buying and Rs 149.27 for selling.

Similarly, the buying rate of European Euro 1 has been fixed at 171.62 rupees and selling rate of 172.31 rupees, the selling rate of UK pound Sterling 1 has been fixed at 196.76 rupees and the selling rate of Swiss Franc 1 has been fixed at 186.22 rupees and 186.97 paise.

The selling rate of one Australian dollar 1 has been fixed at 102.71 rupees and selling rate of 103.12 rupees, while the selling rate of one Canadian dollar has been fixed at 106.76 rupees and 107.19 paise.

Similarly, the selling rate of Japanese Yen 10 was Rs 9.32 and Rs 9.36 respectively, while the selling rate of Chinese Yuan 1 was Rs 21.61 and Rs 21.69.

According to the central bank, the buying rate of Thai Bat 1 is Rs 4.57 and selling rate is Rs 4.58, the selling rate of UAE Dirham 1 is Rs 40.48 and the selling rate is Rs 40.64, the Malaysian Ringat 1 is Rs 36.88 and the selling rate is Rs 37.03. The selling rate of Swedish kroner 1 has been fixed at Rs 15.76 and Rs 15.82 for selling and Rs 22.96 for Danish kroner.

The Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has set the selling rate of one Hong Kong Dollar 1 at 18.97 rupees and the selling rate of 1 Kuwaiti Dinar is 484.50 and the selling rate is 486.46 paise, the buying rate of Bahrain Dinar 1 is 393.83 and the selling rate is 395.42 rupees. Similarly, the selling rate of Rs 100 has been fixed at Rs 160 and Rs 160.15 respectively.

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has stated that the exchange rate can be revised at any time as per the need. However, the exchange rate fixed by the commercial bank may vary and the updated exchange rate will be available on the central bank’s website.
