Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has decided to appoint National Assembly member Leela Bhandari as the vice-chairperson of the National Assembly.
Lawmaker Ram Kumari Jhankri said that the parties represented in the assembly have agreed to give the vice-chairperson to the UML on a partisan basis.
