. KATHMANDU: Chandra Prasad Dhakal, the president of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), and Hemraj Dhakal, the candidate for the post of senior vice-president, have elected 4 provincial presidents.

Accordingly, Naresh Kandel was unanimously elected as the chairman of the group in Gandaki. The provincial convention was held on Friday. Likewise, Bijay Shah and Dhan Bahadur Oli were elected unanimously from Madhes and Karnali respectively.
Similarly, Rajendra Bahadur Raut of Chandra-Hemraj Dhakal panel has been elected to the Koshi Province Assembly with a huge margin. He won with more than 70 percent of the total votes cast.
