Kathmandu. Narayan Bajaj has been appointed as the chairman of Himalayan Life Insurance Company.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Monday has decided to appoint Bajaj to the post of chairman. He has been representing Laxmi Corp Nepal in the company.
Sulav Agrawal had resigned from his post on April 19 after being dragged into a money laundering probe.
