Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank) has listed its unreleased preference shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The bank has listed 3.5 million units of KSBBL 9% Non-Redeemable Unissued Preferential Shares (KSBBL 9% Unissued Unissued Preferential Shares) with a face value of Rs 100 per share.
This type of unreleased reserve preference shares in the secondary market of securities can be bought and sold only among institutional investors. After the issuance of these preferential shares, the bank’s capital fund will increase and the opportunity for business expansion will increase. The non-redeemable preference shares with a non-redeemable period and an interest rate of 9 percent per annum can be listed on NEPSE.
