Kathmandu. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle’s property details reveal that he owns four houses and apartments.

According to the property details made public by the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers today, he has an apartment in Sanepa of Lalitpur worth Rs 20 million, Lalitpur worth Rs 50 million, an apartment in Kavre worth Rs 37.5 million and an apartment in Tanahun worth Rs 20 million.

The sources of income include international employment, sale of private residence, international employment, bank loans and personal loans. His bank balance is Rs 1.90 crore.

He owns 17 ropanis and 5 kattha of land in Kathmandu, Gorkha, Chitwan and Tanahun in his name. Similarly, 45 tola gold, Sanima Middle Tamor has 71,093 units and Sangrila Bikas Bank has 25,762 shares.

Similarly, he has shares worth Rs 4.5 crore in various companies. He also has a car worth Rs 94 lakh in his name.
