Kathmandu. Ramesh Hamal, former chairman of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), is the main promoter of the five-star Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort in Dhulikhel, Kavre. Swarnim Wagle has an apartment.

According to the property details released by the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers on Sunday, he has an apartment in the resort.

Wagle, who has four houses and apartments, has an apartment in Kavre. He spent Rs 3.75 crore to buy the apartment.

He said that this money was earned from international employment.

Similarly, he has bought a small apartment with 1284 square feet in Sanepa, Lalitpur, with the help of Rs 20 million.

Ramesh Hamal, Bishnu Mor, Rajendra Kumar Kabra and Ashish Kumar Goyal are the promoters of the five-star Dusit Thani Himalayan Resort.

According to sources, Wagle bought the apartment in 2075 or 2076 BS.
