Kathmandu. The Supreme Court (SC) has granted bail to Prime Minister Balendra Shah (Balen) in a contempt of court case.
The court has given the facility to keep a heir in the contempt of court case filed against the Prime Minister.
A division bench of Justices Hari Phuyal and Shanti Singh Thapa granted him the privilege of hearing the contempt case.
With this, Shah will no longer have to go to the Supreme Court to get a date. On the day of the date, his heirs will be taken to court instead of the Prime Minister.
