Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) has refused to register a writ petition filed at the Supreme Court (SC) demanding the suspension of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSS) President Rabi Lamichhane from the post of lawmaker.
Advocate Ayush Badal and others argued that Lamichhane would be suspended automatically when the money laundering case was sub-judice and the Supreme Court administration decided to send the writ petition to the bench, said SC spokesperson Arjun Prasad Koirala.
