Lamjung. The Lamjung section along the Mid-Hill Highway has been obstructed due to landslide triggered by winter rain.

Information Officer at the District Police Office, Lamjung, Gyanendra Bahadur Chhetri said the road section has been obstructed since this morning due to a landslide that occurred at Bimire Bhanjyang of Madhyanepal municipality-10.

“Vehicular movement has been disrupted due to landslide in the area since last night”, he added. ”

Though efforts are being made to remove the landslide immediately, it will take more time to clear it as it has been affected by rainfall.

According to police, vehicular movement has not been allowed along the road section as the water level in the rivulet is high.
