Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Poudel today issued an ordinance related to the Prevention of Money Laundering (third amendment).

On the recommendation of the government, President Poudel issued the Money Laundering Prevention (Third Amendment) Ordinance, 2083 BS.

Earlier, President Poudel had issued the ordinance related to cooperatives and public procurement today itself.

Poudel has put on hold the ordinance designed to amend the Constitutional Council (Functions, Duties, Rights and Procedure) Act-2066 BS recommended by the government, amendment to some Nepal acts related to universities and health science academies, amendment to some Nepal acts and special provisions regarding the removal of public officials from posts.
