Kathmandu. The second session of the House of Representatives has begun.
Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal urged not to obstruct the House of Representatives as the parliamentarians stood up from their seats immediately after the commencement of the meeting. The meeting resumed after lawmakers from Nepali Congress, CPN (UML) and Labour and Culture Party took their seats.
A letter regarding the summoning of the session was read out by the President. After this, the lawmakers of the opposition parties have been given three minutes to speak during the emergency period.
